In 2009, Anish Kapoor was invited to curate the Brighton Festival as artistic director, and these images are of 4 of the works on show. 'C-Curve' (2007) was installed in the South Downs overlooking the town, and 'Dismemberment of Jeanne d'Arc' (2009), a festival comission installed in the Old Municipal Market. The third location was the Fabrica Gallery, an old church which housed '1000 Names' (a pigment piece, 1979) and 'Blood Relations (a collaboration with Salman Rushdie, 2006). You can read more about the festival here.
